Capoeira Dance

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. It was created by enslaved Africans in Brazil and developed by their descendants at the beginning of the 16th century. Ruddy started practicing capoeira in 2002 in São Paulo, Brazil. Graduated in 2015 as a teacher, he has participated in several festivals, championships and workshops during these 20 years of capoeira. Here in Canada, he has been giving classes for a group of 10 people including children and adults, all of them together. This way, parents can watch and play with their kids, and kids can learn with experienced ones.
